This work was composed in the studios of Stiftelsen Elektronmusikstudion (EMS) in Stockholm, Sweden. I have also worked many times in this studio where I served as Director in 1976-1977. This particular piece was commissioned the Swedish Society of Virgins (the title means “The Dreams of the Virgin”). It uses material from a unique synthesizer programmed by Michael Hinton as well as some sounds produced by the Synclavier II.
